Hello everyone! I am Robert and would like to share my international experience gained in more than 45 countries. I am an engineer, and my colleagues know me as a highly motivated person with a high ability to solve and integrate complex projects, teams, constructability issues, and a comprehensive understanding of management practices. I can be trusted to come up with a new approach. I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I prefer to understand the business and the audience before suggesting ideas.
